Business Development Manager – Power Networks

Our client is a major energy and utilities contractor delivering private networks schemes nationwide. They have an aggressive growth strategy in place and are looking to recruit two Business Development managers to lead that growth in 2026.

The successful applicants will take responsibility for developing new relationships with iDNO clients in either the north or south of the country. You will build and deliver sales strategies supported by a team of bid writers and account managers.

To apply for one of these challenging roles you must meet the following criteria:

  • An experienced senior sales professional with extensive electrical utilities experience
  • Demonstrable track record of sales delivery
  • Innovative approach to market identification and lead generation
  • Existing client contacts within private networks
  • Natural influencer and relationship builder
  • Happy travelling as client needs dictate
  • Full driving license
  • Fully eligibly to work in the UK

As we are looking for one applicant in either the north or the south your location in the UK is not necessarily important but you must be able to travel. These roles are salaried positions.
