Principal / Senior Land Development Consultants
Our client is a well-known engineering consultancy delivering multidisciplinary works across the country.
Their plot development business is exceptionally busy at present, and as such they need to add several specialist land development consultants at different levels to their teams in their Nottingham, Birmingham and Manchester offices.
Their workload is truly varied, encompassing industrial, enabling works, residential, public services and infrastructure.
To apply for these roles you must meet the following criteria:
- Extensive land / plot development experience
- An established civil design engineer with demonstrable experience
- You will have significant experience in a relevant industry.
- You will with have a consistent career history with no regular moves
- A civil engineering degree or masters is preferred but relevant experience can be accepted as an alternative
- You must be fully eligible to work in the UK
- You must be based locally to either Manchester, Nottingham or Birmingham
- We are looking for individual at either senior or principal level
